refers to general system administration services that are used to keep
the the Web server up and running. These are usually provided to our clients
under a contract of 1 month to several years. These would include, for
example:
- system performance monitoring
- daily backups
- replacement of failed components such as disk drives, fans, etc.
- network load balancing
- firewall and router verification
